qemu-img convert -f raw -O qcow2 Windows7.img  Windows7.qcow2
virsh edit Windows7 => /var/lib/libvirt/images/Windows7.qcow2
Update Virt-manager page Virtio Disk1=>Advanced Options=>Storage format=>qcow2
